I think you meant to label it as “scarcest.” Good stuff. Shame is by the Allentown Pennsylvania band The King’s Ransom. It is one of the best garage rock singles from Pennsylvania – nice to see it on this compilation. Merci d’avoir découvert un grand groupe Pennyslvania! Neil
